QUICKSBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is seeking the public’s help in identifying the owner of a small white SUV, possibly a Toyota RAV4.

According to Sheriff Tim Carter, this vehicle was seen in the area of Ridge Road, Quicksburg, VA, on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at about 4:40 pm.

A shot was allegedly fired from this vehicle and struck a house on Ridge Road.

Sheriff Carter advises those who may have information about this case to not post it on social media, and reach out to SCSO Investigator Wymer, at 540-459-6100.
