Police have released more information about the shooting that happened on Wednesday at Westwood Hills Elementary School in Waynesboro.
Ammons reports that the driver, 20-year-old Savannah Clifton of Staunton, has been arrested on multiple DUI and drug-related charges.
On Wednesday, a 19-year-old forced entry into the elementary school where he shot himself.
Police are on scene now.
