PAGE COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A trial date has been set for the man Page County authorities say was responsible for a homicide in Elkton more than two years ago.
According to online records, a Page County Circuit Court judge set a January 20th trial date for Timothy Thomas Comer during a status hearing Wednesday morning.
Comer faces seven felony charges, including first-degree murder, in connection with the shooting death of 69-year-old Gregory Lee Williams in the Jollet Road area on June 29th, 2023.
He was arrested two weeks later after a manhunt involving local, state and federal authorities.
His trial is expected to last 15 days. Before that, he will appear in court December 10th for a pre-trial hearing.
