AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — An Augusta County Circuit Court jury has convicted a Verona man for having sex with a minor.
According to online records, Bryan Glenn Andes was found guilty on four of the five felony charges he faced during this week’s three-day trial.
Among those charges include aggravated sexual battery with a victim under 13 years old as well as taking indecent liberties with a child.
The offenses dated all the way back to January of 1999.
The 57-year-old Andes, who was arrested in June of last year, is scheduled to be sentenced on September 3, 2026.
