STAUNTON, VA (Rocktown Now) — A Staunton man arrested earlier this month on multiple sexual assault-related charges will soon decide what comes next in his case.

According to online records, the Augusta County Circuit Court this week scheduled a plea hearing next month for Chiejio Davis, who faces multiple felonies including Assault and Battery of a Family Member – Third Offense, Strangulation, Abduction, and Rape.

The 37-year-old Davis will enter his plea regarding the Assault and Battery and Strangulation charges November 19th, and returns to court December 17th regarding the counts of Abduction and Rape.

He is currently being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
