HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Speed trailers have been installed on East Market Street going over the bridge in Harrisonburg.

Harrisonburg Police say these trailers are not cameras and do not issue tickets.

Police say since the construction has finished in the area, they have seen an increase in people speeding.

The posted speed limit is 35, and these trailers are to bring awareness to drivers of their speed, HPD notes.
