WEYERS CAVE, VA (Rocktown Now) — Delegate Chris Runion and the Virginia Department of Veterans Services will host a Veterans Fair on Thursday, September 17, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Augusta Government Center.

According to Delegate Runion, the event will bring together area veteran organizations and service providers to connect veterans and their families with valuable resources and information. Organizations will be available to share information about available services, activities, programs, and upcoming events for veterans throughout the community.

“Those who have worn the uniform have given so much to our Commonwealth and our nation, and it is important that we make sure they know about the resources and services available to them,” said Delegate Chris Runion. “I look forward to bringing our local veteran organizations together in one place so that veterans and their families can learn more about the support available right here in our community.”

The Veterans Fair is open to all area veterans, their families, and caregivers.
