Delegate Tony Wilt has won another term in the Virginia General Assembly. Wilt defeated Democratic challenger Esther Nizer by garnering – percent of the vote.

Wilt says he will once again submit legislation that would repeal a law that requires Virginia to follow California’s emissions standards.

Wilt has introduced that measure twice and it pass the House both times only to die in a Senate committee.
