Harrisonburg, VA: Student loan collections are back in swing after a three-year pause, and a new report shows Virginia students have some of the highest bills in the country.
According to personal finance website WalletHub, student borrowers in the commonwealth pay an average of 208 dollars per month in college loan debt. That is the ninth-highest rate in the nation.
Here in Virginia, the average student owes more than 38-thousand dollars on their loans.
