HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Harrisonburg-Rockingham County will hold their ‘Under the Sea’ Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser Friday, February 27 from 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM and Saturday, February 28 from 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM at Interstate Bowl North at 3106 S Main St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

According to a release, Bowl for Kids’ Sake is the signature, once-a-year fundraiser for the organization, which provides one-to-one mentors to over 125 local youth facing challenges. Participants of the event receive an exclusive t-shirt, 1.5 hours of bowling time, and opportunities to win prizes.

The fundraising goal for the event is $72,500. Every dollar raised will stay right here in the Valley to support local youth facing challenges in 2026 by matching them with caring, adult mentors. Program information and volunteer commitment details can be found at www.beabig.info.
