CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va – The accused University of Virginia shooter had a hearing scheduled for Monday morning.

According to online records, Christopher Darnell Jones waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Albemarle County General District Court and all 10 felony charges that he faces were certified to a grand jury.

Among those charges include three counts of second-degree murder.

The 23-year-old Jones is accused of murdering three U-V-A football players last November.

The incident happened on a charter bus that had just returned from a field trip to Washington, D-C.
