ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — It appears that the Luray Police Officer who was arrested last summer for drunk driving in Rockingham County will not spend any time in jail.

Michael Wagoner was scheduled to have a hearing Thursday morning in General District Court.

However, according to online records, he was found guilty earlier this month of DWI first offense and given a 90-day suspended sentence and one year of supervised probation.

He was also ordered to pay a 250-dollar fine plus court costs, which he did last Friday.

Wagoner was arrested on May 26th of last year following a traffic crash near Broadway.
