ELKTON, VA (Rocktown Now) — An Elkton recreational dance team competed in a national dance competition over the weekend.
Expressive Dance Studio competed on Sunday, July 6th at the Fly Dance Competition Nationals in Ocean City, MD, where they brought back some hardware.

12-year-old Elizabeth Manley (pictured above) received 3rd place for her solo “Rise” choreographed by local James Madison University dance major Emma Daly.

10-year-old Rebekah Manley performed her solo “Rise Up” also choreographed by Emma Daly.
This was the second nationals for the Manley girls and Aniyah’s first competition.
