DAYTON, VA (Rocktown Now) — Members of Dayton community, the Dayton Town Council, the Rockingham County Board of Supervisors, and Rockingham County Administration came together Friday morning to celebrate the start of construction of the Dayton Emergency Response Station, which will be known as Station 13.

The station is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. Chief Holloway thanked the Board of Supervisors for their support of this project and explained how it will reduce response times and provide the residents with even better emergency services.
