HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Louisiana man charged in April’s alleged robbery at a Harrisonburg 7-Eleven is scheduled to appear before a grand jury Monday afternoon.
Tevin White faces a charge of stealing property during the incident that took place on April 25 at the 7-Eleven on South Main Street.
White initially fled the scene but was eventually arrested in Pennsylvania. He was extradited back to Harrisonburg and then waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He remains in custody.
Incidentally, the victim in that alleged robbery, Travis Fogle, faces a charge of his own, malicious wounding, and has a court date set for next month.
