SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Strasburg man who allegedly left a suspicious package at a car wash last spring was indicted this week.

Online records showed that a Shenandoah County Circuit Court grand jury returned five indictments against Christopher Todd Miller during a hearing on Wednesday.

Among the charges he faces include threats to bomb, eluding and grand larceny of a vehicle.

Strasburg Police received a report in May of a suspicious package in the bay of the car wash on East Washington Street.

A safety perimeter was set up, which included a daycare that had to be evacuated.

Following an investigation, it was determined that the device was not a threat to the public.

Miller is currently being held at RSW Regional Jail, and he is due back in court on December 2nd for a plea and sentencing hearing.
