HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The initial court appearance for the victim in April’s alleged robbery at a Harrisonburg 7-Eleven has been delayed.
Travis Fogle, 35, from Moorfield, W.Va., was scheduled for a hearing Wednesday morning in General District Court. However, online records showed that the hearing was continued at the request of prosecutors until August 14.
Fogle is charged with one count of malicious shooting after authorities accused him of firing recklessly at a vehicle that was being driven away by his suspected robber.
The driver, Tevin White of Louisiana, was arrested in Pennsylvania after fleeing the scene.
He has been extradited back to the area and will face a circuit court grand jury Monday afternoon, July 15, on a charge of stealing property.
