ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A trial date has been set for the Rockingham County woman accused of embezzling money from the Parent Teacher Association at Cub Run Elementary School.
According to online records, the jury trial of Elizabeth Nicole Taylor of McGaheysville will begin on December second in the circuit court. It is expected to last two days.
Taylor was indicted last week by grand jury on one count of embezzling more than $1,000 from the Cub Run PTA while serving as the association’s treasure in 2022.
She was arrested on November 6, 2023 and remains free on bond.
