HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The City of Harrisonburg will close seven parking spaces on the lower level of the Water Street Parking Deck beginning at 5 a.m. Monday, October 26, for pavement replacement.
The seven spaces in the center aisle adjacent to Water Street will be closed for the duration of the work.
Because the closure includes accessible parking spaces, additional accessible parking spaces will be designated directly across from the closed spaces. All parking deck entrances and exits will remain open.

The closures are expected to remain in place until paving is completed at 3 p.m. Friday, October 30.
Parking permit holders will have the option to utilize 4-Hour Parking spots at the Water Street Parking Deck, in addition to utilizing the Municipal Parking Lot and the Elizabeth Street Parking Deck if space is limited.
The schedule is subject to change based on weather and paving conditions. Any updates will be posted to the Public Works Facebook page.
