HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Gas prices in Virginia fell more than three cents per gallon in the last week, to an average of 3-48 today.
That’s according to a GasBuddy survey of about four-thousand stations across the commonwealth. Prices at the pump are still four-and-a-half cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
This morning, prices in the Harrisonburg market were in line with the state average, ranging between 3-44 and 3-49.
The national average is down nearly two cents per gallon in the last week, averaging 3-63 today.
The national average for diesel also dropped three cents in the last week to 3-98.
