HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The City of Harrisonburg is reminding drivers to watch out for workers as they perform yearly repaving along several high-traffic roadways.
City officials say that this year’s repaving schedule is divided into two phases. The first, which is happening as we speak, is targeting Acorn Drive, Garber’s Church Road, and North Liberty Street, as well as Linda Lane, Smithland Road, and parts of East Market Street. A much lengthier work schedule will continue through the spring. Drivers are advised to slow down and use caution when driving through these zones.
