WOODSTOCK VA: (WSVA) – The case of the Woodstock man facing a litany of larceny-related charges continues to sail through the courts. According to online records, a Shenandoah County Circuit Court grand jury handed down over three dozen indictments against Herman Elliot Degolyer during a hearing on Wednesday.
Half of the charges Degolyer faces include petty larceny, while another eight counts are for felony grand larceny.
Shenandoah County Sheriff Tim Carter reports that the 52-year-old Degolyer He was arrested on October 16th following several break-ins in the county.
He is scheduled to enter a plea in the case on April 18th.
