CRAIGSVILLE, Va – The citizens of the Town of Craigsville are still without water.

The town is working with the Augusta County Service Authority to find the problem and correct it as soon as possible.

In an effort to assist those without water; the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community to bring bottled water to the Sheriff’s Office on Route 11 in Verona.

Sheriff’s Lieutenant Leslie Snyder stated that deputies will transport all donated water to the Town so it can be distributed to those in need.

Snyder added that bottled water can be dropped off at any time. There are pallets in front of the office for the water.
