PAGE COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A former Nexus executive already awaiting a jury trial next week now faces new fraud-related charges in Page County.

According to online records, Michael Paul Donovan of Shenandoah was charged on Sunday with two felony counts of Identity Theft and Obtaining Money by False Pretenses, greater than a thousand dollars.

Prosecutors moved to revoke his bond during a hearing this afternoon in Page County General District Court. Another hearing is set for Thursday morning.

Incidentally, Donovan and fellow Nexus executives Richard Moore and Timothy Shipe will be in Augusta County Circuit Court next Tuesday for a trial over accusations the three men stole over 400-thousand dollars of inheritance money from Zachary Cruz, who is the brother of Parkland, Florida, school shooter Nicholas Cruz.
