CHARLESTON, W. Va. — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has released an online buyer’s guide to help folks obtain the right hunting or fishing licenses for the new year.

In the guide, D-N-R officials explained that the goal is to help folks speed through the license checkout process as quickly as possible.

The webpage contains a “how-to” section that details the steps involved in buying a license online. It also explains new features like digital gift certificates and collectible physical licenses.
