BRIDGEWATER, VA (Rocktown Now) — A former worker at Dynamic Aviation is suing the Bridgewater-based company and two executives.

According to the lawsuit filed this week in U.S. District Court in Harrisonburg, Sheri Monet filed the suit against Dynamic, its chief executive officer Michael Stoltzfus and senior leader Timothy Crane, who became president of the company late last year.

The 34-page lawsuit listed several reasons, including wrongful termination and breach of contract.

Monet, who worked there from June of 2023 until she was let go last December, is seeking, among other things, back pay, lost wages, unpaid severance, as well as punitive and compensatory damages.
