SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE (9am): I-81 has reopened.

A tractor trailer crash has all lanes of Interstate 81 northbound shutdown in Shenandoah County this morning.

The crash is at mile marker 286 just north of Woodstock. All traffic is being detoured at the Woodstock exit.
