GROTTOES, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE (2:51 PM): Kayvon Robertson, has been arrested by the US Marshals in Augusta County.

ORIGINAL STORY (12:49 PM): The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two individuals in relation to the shooting incident on Dogwood Avenue in the Town of Grottoes on June 22, 2026.

49-year-old Kenneth Robertson of Staunton was reportedly arrested by the U.S. Marshals and the Staunton Police Department on charges of: Criminal Gang Participation, Malicious Wounding by Mob, and Conspiracy. He is being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.

30-year-old Michael Bosserman of Waynesboro was arrested by the Virginia State Police on charges of: Criminal Gang Participation, Malicious Wounding by Mob, and Conspiracy. He is being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
