WAYNESBORO, Va – (WSVA) A Staunton man has admitted to some of the charges in connection to a violent outburst at an area restaurant earlier this year.

Terrell Daquan Williams pleaded guilty to three of the seven charges he faces during a hearing Friday afternoon in Waynesboro Circuit Court, including two misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest.

However, according to online records, the 33-year-old Williams will be on trial for the other four felony charges on January 31st of next year.

Among those charges including unlawful wounding and assault on a law enforcement officer.

It all stemmed from an incident on February 25th at Applebee’s in Waynesboro in which Williams is accused of assaulting several people and then fleeing before police arrived.

However, he was arrested a short time later after the vehicle he was driving crashed.
