HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Virginia First Cities Coalition, a state-wide policy organization that reportedly advocates solely for cities in the Commonwealth, announced that they elected their executive committee on May 8, 2026, during the 2026 Annual Meeting at the Science Museum of Virginia in the City of Richmond.

The 2026-2027 VFC Executive Committee is comprised of the following members:

Chair – Hon. Tina L. Vick, City of Newport News, Councilmember

Vice Chair – Hon. Dany Fleming, City of Harrisonburg, Vice Mayor

Treasurer – Mr. Ken Larking, City of Danville, City Manager

Secretary – Mr. Odie Donald II, City of Richmond, Chief Administrative Officer

At-Large – Hon. Mamie B. Johnson, City of Norfolk, Councilmember

At-Large – Hon. Jimmy Gray, City of Hampton, Mayor

At-Large – Mr. John “March” Altman, Jr., City of Petersburg, City Manager
