SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is requesting help from the public in locating an individual who is wanted.

David Russell Kelly of Woodstock, VA, is wanted by the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office on a Felony Capias for underlying charges for Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance.
