SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE (4/4/26 5:13am): The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office has now identified a man wanted in the investigation of an alleged larceny.
On Wednesday, April 1, the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance photos of a larceny that occurred in the 1000 block of Orkney Grade in Bryce, VA.
SCSO says arrest warrants were obtained for the following individuals, who were identified as suspects in this investigation.
45-year-old April Jameson Phillips of Timberville is wanted for petit larceny and for a misdemeanor capias for failure to appear in court.
61-year-old Carl Joseph Kagey of Broadway is wanted for petit larceny and is also wanted by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office for a felony capias for violating probation of a felony offense.
