CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE (1:46 PM): Bomb threat has been cleared at UVA. No device was found. Shannon and Clemons Libraries are returning to normal operations. Normal activity has resumed.

ORIGNAL STORY: The University of Virginia (UVA) sent out an alert today at 10:51 AM of a bomb threat reported at Shannon Library at 160 McCormick Rd.

UVA Police Department advises everyone to avoid the area.
