The Harrisonburg Police Department’s P.A.T.C.H Camp is coming back for a second summer, and they’re taking applications now.

According to police, the camp teaches five core values – Pride, Accountability, Teamwork, Courage and Honor – while giving area kids a chance to interact with officers in a positive environment. They’ll have an opportunity to look inside various departments and see how Harrisonburg Police operate.

The camp will run June 26th through 30th, and is open to ages 13 through 16. Applications are due June 9th.

You can find a link to that application on the city website. A link is posted on our website as well, at wsvaonline.com.
