Scholarship aimed at those entering construction and engineering

A scholarship window is open for Virginia college students pursuing certain degrees in construction, engineering and mining.

The Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance is offering four scholarships for qualifying students.

Two of them are merit based, open to students working toward degrees in civil, structural or environmental engineering, construction management, or mining-related industries.

Two more scholarships are open to current V-T-C-A employees, their children or spouses.

The deadline to apply is May 15^th. Applications can be submitted at VTCA.org.
