WAYNESBORO VA (Rocktown Now) — A woman who was previously charged for a deadly crash in a Waynesboro school zone is facing new charges.

According to online records, Brianca Elaine Estes, 31-years-old of Waynesboro Circuit Court. That includes three counts of maiming as a result of driving while intoxicated.

Estes faces six charges in all stemming from a two-vehicle crash on February 25th at the intersection of Hopeman Parkway and Evershire Street.

The accident claimed the life of 31-year-old Brittany Jean Comer, also of Waynesboro.

Estes remains at the Middle River Regional Jail and has a plea hearing set for August 20th.
