The case of a Woodstock man charged in a shooting last summer is moving on in the courts.

Online records showed that six felony charges against Edgar Uriel Padron Rodriguez were certified to the grand jury during a preliminary hearing Friday in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Those charges stemmed from the August 13th shooting in the 500 block of Hamburg Road near Edinburg. No injuries were reported during the incident.

Among the charges he faces include attempted malicious wounding and distribution of Methamphetamine.

Three other misdemeanors were also certified and Rodriguez remains in custody.
