HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Authorities ask voters to be vigilant this Election Day.

The Harrisonburg Police Department will be working alongside public safety partners to ensure a safe day for voters, election officials, candidates, their campaign workers, and the public.

The H.P.D has provided a list of suspicious activities that should be reported, including signs of voter intimidation, interference with the polling location, threatening behavior, the appearance of suspicious packages, and unauthorized individuals claiming to be election officials.
