HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – There has been another delay in the case of the Harrisonburg man who is facing a slew of felony charges related to child pornography.
Mark Everett Paulson was set to enter a plea during a hearing Thursday morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court.
However, that hearing was continued for a month until August 28. It is the seventh continuation since Paulson, 63, was indicted by a grand jury in October of last year on 20 counts, including 19 for possession of child pornography multiple offense.
Paulson was convicted on four similar charges in June 2008 and served a year and a half in prison for those crimes. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender.
