According to Waynesboro Police Captain Jamie Dunn, Jordan Thomas Urban was arrested Tuesday following a months-long investigation that began when authorities received a tip back on November 16th, 2023.

According to online records, Ronald Smith pleaded guilty to a drug possession charge during a hearing Tuesday afternoon in Staunton Circuit Court.
