West Virginia man sentenced to one month in prison for shooting at suspected robber at Harrisonburg 7-Eleven

Travis Fogle was sentenced this morning to 12 months in prison with 11 of those suspended as well as 12 months of supervised probation after firing recklessly at a vehicle that was being driven away by his suspected robber.

State Police identify victims in fatal crash involving passenger van and train
