According to online records, Alexander Ramos Perez waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning. A judge then certified three felony charges, including malicious wounding, to a circuit court grand jury.

The hearing will be at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community’s Detwiler Auditorium on Virginia Avenue from 4 to 7 p.m. On-site parking will be available.
