HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC) reports power outages throughout their service area as a result of storms Monday, August 10.

As of 5:49 PM, SVEC reported over 4,600 without power.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until August 10 at 9:00 PM.
