AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro Animal Shelter is urgently seeking fosters and adopters for their animals.

Officials say in the last two weeks, they have received over 100 cats into their care, which puts them at about 200% capacity.

They note that fosters do not have to pay to house the animals temporarily.
