SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office is requesting help from the public in locating Terry Lee Moats of Timberville, VA.

Moats is wanted by the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office on a Felony Capias for underlying charges of Virginia State code 18.2-102 unauthorized use.
