ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Rockingham County School Board approved a resolution authorizing the retention of legal counsel to represent the Board in litigation against certain social media companies.
According to the resolution, social media companies have developed products designed to promote compulsive and excessive use by school-aged children, and the School Board supports the effort to hold these social media companies accountable.
