HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA is inviting the community to celebrate the Dog Days of Summer tonight, Wednesday, August 26, from 5–7 pm at Rootstock Wine Bar.

Guests can enjoy:

  • Free hot dogs
  • Pet portraits
  • Wine
  • Puppy treats
  • Plenty of dog-friendly fun

For every glass or bottle of Beau white wine purchased, $2 will be donated to support the RHSPCA and local animals in need.

For JMU Dukes age 21 and older, it’s also a way to celebrate being back in Harrisonburg and the start of a new semester while supporting a local cause.

Four-legged guests are welcome, too.
