HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Nate Riddle will be stepping down from his role as Executive Director Open Doors at the end of the month.

In an online announcement, the shelter’s leadership praised Riddle for guiding Open Doors through one of the most transformational periods in the nonprofit’s history.

From leading the transition from their rotating shelter model to providing the vision, planning, and oversight needed to open the Navigation Center, Riddle’s leadership is said to have helped shape the future of the organization and strengthened their ability to serve those experiencing homelessness. 

Riddle will head a nonprofit organization in Staunton following his departure on July 31st.
