IRVING, Texas. (JMU Athletics) – James Madison lacrosse sophomore Harlowe Healey has been named the American Conference Midfielder of the Week, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.

The recognition marks Healey’s second weekly award of the season, also receiving the laurel last week.

The Beverly Farms, Mass. native scored a career high two goals and contributed 14 draw controls as JMU defeated Old Dominion, 19-7, in American Conference play to finish its regular season schedule on a five-game winning streak.

With 8.35 draw controls per game and 9.33 per conference game, Healey leads the American Conference in both categories. Her 142 total draw controls also rank at the top of the conference.

The No. 2 seed Dukes will head to Nashville, Tenn., to take on No. 3 – seeded East Carolina in the semifinals of the 2026 American Women’s Lacrosse Championship at FirstBank Stadium on Thursday, April 30. First draw is scheduled for 8:15 p.m.
