HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of their branch at James Madison University (JMU) with a ribbon-cutting ceremony today. 

CEO Karen Rosales said during the ceremony that they are so proud of their relationship with JMU and that it’s important to them.

“Our mission is to provide our members with the financial products and services that they need to thrive no matter what stage they are in their life and so that starts very young,” said Rosales. “It starts here at the university level.

Rosales continued by saying that a big part of what they do is financial education and continued to discuss the credit union’s commitment to the university.
